What this site collects when you ask for a quote, and what Chandler does with it. The short version: he uses it to get back to you, and that’s all.

Who we are
Evans Exterior Landscaping is Chandler Evans’ landscaping and lighting business, serving homes from Springfield to Branson, Missouri. In this policy, “we” means Chandler and his business.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we get what you type in:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, on the full request form
- your address or town
- the job: what you need, the details you share, how soon, and how to get to the beds
- how you’d like to be reached
Each request is also saved with the date, your IP address and the name of your browser, which helps spot spam.
When you text, call or email Chandler, he gets your number or email address and whatever you send, such as photos of your yard.
How we use it
Only to answer you: to talk through the job, set a time to walk the property, send a quote and do the work. We don’t sell or rent your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
Form requests are stored by the company that hosts this website and sent to Chandler by email. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies, and its fonts load from this site rather than from another company. The only cookies are the ones WordPress sets when the site’s owner logs in to edit it.
Links to Instagram and other sites take you to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
As long as it’s useful for your job and for normal business records. Ask at any time and Chandler will delete your request.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Text or call (417) 551-5876, or email evans.xteriors@gmail.com.
Children
This site is for homeowners and isn’t meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
